Every legal claim or matter is different therefore we do not have telephone scripts when we first speak with you. We listen to your individual needs and then advise you on how to proceed with no obligations to use our services.

Where are you based? We receive and deal with requests for legal assistance on a nationwide basis (England and Wales only). Our head office is located in Lancashire and we also have offices in Merseyside. We are near to the cities of Liverpool, Chester, Manchester and Preston. In some cases, our panel of Solicitors will attend your home, hospital or place of work to discuss your legal claim or matter.

How much does it cost to make an enquiry with Fund My Legal Claim? We do not charge you anything for making an enquiry. It is completely free of charge to use our service and discuss your legal claim or matter. We receive a recommendation fee from your appointed Solicitor only if you decide to instruct them.

Do I have to make a payment upfront to my Solicitor? In the majority of cases our Panel Solicitors are able to offer your case without requiring any upfront payments. We will advise you if your case requires an upfront fee prior to proceeding with your claim.

How long will it take to settle or conclude my legal claim or legal matter? Each case is different however our panel Solicitors will work hard to achieve your desired outcome in the quickest possible time. The majority of cases dealt with by our panel Solicitors conclude without the need for you to attend Court. Your appointed Solicitor will keep you informed at all times of timescales.

Do your panel Solicitors offer No Win No Fee? Yes! Not only will our panel Solicitors consider a No Win No Fee arrangement they will also consider funding all your legal disbursements for the lifetime of your claim or matter therefore no upfront payments.
